Grab your party pants and come join actors, writers, filmmakers & others in the entertainment arts for a night of unparalleled networking in NYC’s East Village on Tuesday, September 18th, 2018.

JUST ADDED: John Pallotta Acting Studio has generously offered to donate the following fantastic items to be raffled off to those who attend Tuesday’s event:

1 iPad mini
10 actor slate shots, and
1 edited scene for two actors

Headshot photographer Dan Lane Williams of DLW Photography NYC will be on hand to capture the evening, and be sure to take advantage of the extended happy hour drink & food specials including $5 Drafts, 1/2 priced house wine & $8 well cocktails!

General admission is free with registration.

For those interested in maximizing your networking impact – we offer additional options to have your Headshot, Small Business Ad, Demo Reel or Trailer displayed in rotation on the numerous TV monitors in our event space for a small fee. Bonus, your content will also be displayed in our Facebook group and featured on our website following the event.

The cost for actors wishing to have their headshot, name & website (if applicable) featured is $6 per image. Small business ads are available for $12 each static image. And if you would like us to feature your reel, trailer or other industry-related promotional video, the cost is $12 per minute of footage. [Please note video submissions will be shown without audio as they will be looping continuously throughout our event].

Since 2010, the NY Actors Tweetup has been hosting free industry events focused on creating connections, fostering the development of indie works and having fun!

This event is open to everyone 21+ in (or interested in) the entertainment arts.

**We accept both stills and video. Video submissions will be shown without audio and should ideally be watermarked with your name or logo in the lower thirds.

***All materials must be received by 6pm EST on Friday, September 14th, 2018.

****Raffle winners will be selected at random from the guests in attendance during the event. The winners will be announced via email following the event.
