What a wonderful class that was and thank you. Was thrilled to practice and had many ‘AHA’ moments. I feel I now have some solid, CLEAR technique to start honing, which I’m so appreciative for! Working with your 2-step framework was empowering, and so cool to watch you coach others landing and connecting each beat and helping everyone crush it. The technique you shared was simple but game-changing.
